Day 01 : Cochin – Periyar
Drive to Periyar from Cochin. On arrival in Periyar, a representative from India-Tourism.Ws greets and transfers you to the Spice Village Resort. Change, wash and relax at the resort. Visit the resident “Vaidya (Ayurveda Doctor) for consultation. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the resort.
Day 02 – 08 : Ayurvedic Therapy at Spice Village
Seven Days Ayurvedic Therapy
After consultation, the resident doctor plans your programs and suggests your diet and the therapy commences in right earnest. Please remember that during this period of 7 days, don’t exert yourself. Also, remember, you should not take alcohol and tobacco during this period. You should also strict to vegetarian diet. The ayurvedic treatment & therapy involves several herbal massages, steam baths and yoga. It is sure that you will come out completely relaxed and a great felling of wellness if you follow the instructions of Vaidya strictly.
Day 09 : Periyar
The period of ayurvedic therapy is over. But it is best to relax and allow your body to re-adjust after one week treatment and body massage.
Day 10 : Periyar – Cochin
This is the last day at Periyar. Today you will go for sightseeing of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary after breakfast. You will have wonderful opportunity to see the herds of wild elephants on your safari in the jungle of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. After lunch, drive to Cochin. On arrival in Cochin, India-Tourism.Ws representative transfers you to the hotel pre-booked for you. Change, wash and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 11 : Departure from Cochin
Today, in time India-Tourism.Ws representative transfers you to the Airport to board flight to your home/onward destination. Kerala Ayurveda Tour ends.
