Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Fly from your country to arrive in New Delhi. On arrival at New Delhi International Airport, a representative from India-Tourism.Ws greets and transfers you to your pre-booked hotel. Change, wash and relax at the hotel. Soon after proceed to sightseeing tour of Delhi which includes visit to major attractions like Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat, Qutub Minar, Parliament House, President House, Old Fort, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, Birla Temple, Akshardham Temple, etc. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi – Leh
Take your breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Delhi Airport to catch flight to Leh, Ladakh situated in the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. On arrival in Leh, a representative from India-Tourism.Ws transfers you to the pre-booked hotel. Change, wash and relax at the hotel. Spend complete day for the acclimatization. In the evening
have short walk to the nearby places and Leh Bazaar. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Leh – Excursion to Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Monastery & Shey Palace
Take sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. Spend full day at excursion trip to the famous monasteries of Ladakh. Visit in the early morning to the Thiksey Monastery to attend in praying ceremony. Drive to Hemis Monastery. It is one of the most famous monasteries of the Ladakh region. On the way back to the hotel visit the elegant Shey Palace. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Leh – Spituk, Phyang & Leh Monastery
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, visit the Spituk and Phyang Monastery. In the afternoon, visit by foot to Kings Palace, Leh Mosque, Leh Gompa, Shankar Gompa and Leh bazaar. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Leh
Enjoy hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast enjoy the full day excursion to Khardongla Pass (the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 meters and has been recorded in the Guineas Book of World Records.) At the top enjoy the beauty of snow capped mountain peaks. In the late afternoon return back to the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Leh – Alchi
Take sumptuous breakfast served at the hotel. After breakfast, visit to the Alchi Monastery. It is the only monastery in the Ladakh on flat ground. On the way visit the famous Bazgo Castle lie on the right banks on the Indus Valley. By lunch reach at Alchi. Visit the monastery and explore the superb nature beauty of Alchi Village. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel/guest house at Alchi.
Day 07: Alchi – Leh – Delhi – Departure
In the morning you will be transferred to Leh Airport to board flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, India-Tourism.Ws representative transfers you to the hotel. Finish your last minute shopping in time. After a farewell dinner you will be transferred to the New Delhi International Airport in time to board flight to home/onward destination.
