Sariska set amidst the scrubby Aravali Hills; the Tiger reserve sanctuary was once the hunting preserve of the Maharajas of Alwar. Sariska is well known for protecting tigers the most popular for which Sariska is known for. It was declared a sanctuary in the year 1955 and became a Tiger Reserve in 1979.
Wildlife Attractions in Sariska Sanctuary: Sariska National Park is known for protecting tigers, its most popular resident. According to the latest available data, there are about 35 tigers at Sariska. It is also the home to many carnivorous animals like leopards, Wild Dogs, Jungle Cats, Hyenas, Sambhars, Chitals, Nilgais, Chausinghas, Wild Boar and Langurs. The avian world of Sariska is also well represented by the abundance of Bird found in this sanctuary. The bird life comprises of the pea fowl, gray partridge, quail, sand grouse, tree pie, white breasted kingfisher, golden - backed woodpecker, crested serpent eagle and great Indian horned owl.
Other Attraction in Sariska: Within the Sanctuary, there are also ruins of medieval monuments and temples that have till date preserved its glorious past. The Kankwari Fort, the ancient Shiva Neelkanth Temples that date back to the 6th-13th century A.D. and the Palace built by the Maharajahs of Alwar, now converted into a hotel are also major tourist attraction in Sariska.
Best Time to Visit Sariska National Park: The best time to visit Sariska National Park is late in the winter around January and February. Summer is also the best time as you can spot various wildlife species along with the majestic tigers at the waterholes. Though Sariska National Park is opened all the year round some of the jungle tracks are closed during the monsoon and the breeding season.

Day 01 Arrive Delhi
After arrival in Delhi our India Toursim representative heartily welcomes you and transfers you to the pre booked hotel. Freshen up and enjoy leisure time at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
Enjoy the hearty breakfast at the hotel and spend the day in sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Visit to Qutb Minar (Tallest brick minaret in the world), Red Fort (UNESCO World Heritage Site), India Gate, Akshardham Temple, Raj Ghat, President House, Parliament House, National Museum, etc. You can also enjoy shopping in the bustling markets and malls if time permits. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi – Sariska
Enjoy the hearty breakfast at the hotel and proceed on wheels to Sariska. Upon arrival our India Tourism representative heartily greets you and transfers you to pre-booked jungle resort. Spend rest of the day at you will or you can enjoy leisure time at the Jungle resort. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the resort.
Day 04: Sariska Wildlife Tour
After the healthy breakfast at the resort, go on for Nature Walk to the Jungle for wildlife viewing. In the evening enjoy the guided jeep safari in Sariska. Don’t forget to take the binoculars and cameras with you catch the live picture of majestic tigers and their activities. You will also spot chital, leopards, sloth bears, deers, etc. Later return back to the hotel on time and enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 05: Sariska - Delhi
After health breakfast at the hotel go for the nature walk for Jungle Viewing. Catch the lovely view of the green vegetation and the varied wildlife in their natural home. You will also spot various colourful birds flying here and there and some singing in their melodious tone. Later our India tourism representative transfers you to the Railway station to board train to Delhi. Dinner will be onboard. 
Day 06: Delhi Departure
Upon arrival at Delhi our representative receives you at the Railway station and transfers you to the International for onward Journey or way back home.
